It clearly shows the companies creative department lacks creativity. Zigrons website almost matches the Sapient theme (http://www.sapient.com/en-US/Interactive.html#/?story=17). Only that the design team was creative enough to put something new in the center. Had you people got better designers you wouldn't have copied the exact sapient website and instead made something yourself. You really had made me proud employee of Zigron. tremendous use of color and fonts, simply awesome. Mostly companies do not talk about their employees, I like the way Zigron shows their confidence by displaying the profiles of their employees. Also "Life at Zigron" section was impressive, it truly promotes the culture of the company. Indeed hats off UX guys.
